From a pile of papers
to a clearer picture.
A local desk for your references, screening decisions and evidence notes. Built for the reading and judgement you do yourself.
Make the question explicit.
Current screening snapshot
Counts reflect current active records. This is not a complete PRISMA flow diagram, registration system or automated evidence synthesis.
Your reading library.
Import RIS, BibTeX or CSV
All imported records are retained and start unscreened. Duplicate candidates are flagged separately. No metadata or full text is fetched online.
CSV accepts title, authors, year, doi, url, journal, abstract and evidence-field headers. BibTeX supports literal braced/quoted values and numeric fields; macros and concatenated strings need to be expanded first.
Read. Decide. Document.
Title / abstract stage
Full-text stage
First include the record at title / abstract stage. Exclusions need a reason. Full-text content is read outside this tool.
Changing a title-stage decision away from Include clears the record’s full-text decision and reason. Undo action can restore the prior state.
Evidence, side by side.
Enter your own extracted information. Appraisal is a free-text note, not an automated quality score. Save your changes and keep a JSON backup.
Duplicate candidates, with context.
Candidates share a normalised DOI or a normalised title and year. These are flags, not proof. Review versions, corrections and distinct reports before marking anything. All stored records and extracted notes remain in the backup.
Marked duplicate records
Your review, ready to take with you.
A JSON review backup is the complete re-importable format. CSV and RIS imports create new unscreened reference records; they do not restore review decisions.
Recent recorded actions
This editable local project is not a tamper-proof audit system. The latest 10,000 entries are retained; ordinary review-plan typing is not captured as separate events.
Support the reasoning. Keep the judgement yours.
This studio does not search literature, retrieve PDFs, verify study claims, make inclusion decisions or generate a systematic review. The built-in examples are explicitly fictional.
